"My own Presentation"

Well when i take this photo io I was with one of my friends playing, when i saw "Rebel Slave" it reminds me that photo, because it transmit to me that I'm concentrate thinking or looking for someone or some place. The eyes transmit to me well, in this time not sadness, they transmit to me some kind of happines, but at the same time concentration. The form of the body, is that in the left knee is all my weight, because my arm is using like a support and at the same time is supporting my head. But that are the left parts, in the right parts, the right leg is making the balance, if you see my foot, you can note that it is making some kind of stregth.
The possition that my body takes, in general is so diferent than he position that "Rebel Slave" takes. But at the end, this picture transmit something, that no all the people can understand.

Specific characteristics of the work
-What is so special and unique about this work of art?
I think that all the sculptures and paint’s that Michelangelo made. Have something that makes different, that make his work unique. Well this beautiful sculpture is different than the others, I don’t know why but when I see the face of the slave make me feel the impression…I don´t know why but his eyes reflect me sadness and suffer. His mouth is seriously I don’t find the correct words to explain how I see it. I said this because other person could see it different.

I think that the think that make unique this work is the history, originally it was made for the tomb of a pope, buy when michelangelo dies his family sell the sculpture.

Yes, in the features of the body, in what the male reflect me, the clthes that he have and the posture that he takes.

-Is this work of art reflecting the predominant ideologies of the period? In which way?

I don't think so, because if you don't know what he is triying to reflect with this sculpture you cnan't unerstand that.

-Is the impact of the scientific and technological advances reflected in this work of art? In which way?

Yes, its amaizing, well they hadn´t a lot of tecnology to do that beautiful details of the body. Only with a lot of tranquility you can do that. But nobody can superate Michelangelo.

Personal Reflection

I love this fabolus sculpture, in my self i think all the sculptures and paitns of michelangelo were based in the human. And he really make feel that the human is PERFECT, well i think he saw the human that the most PERFECT creation that gode mades. I just think that the human take the perfection because is unique. They aren't two similars humans.

I can sade that I'm iddentifited with the sculpture for the simple reason "is human". When I see a pearson the first that I see are the eyes, i think that the eyes are "the door of the pearson that is in front of me". I can´t find the specific description when i see the eyes of someone, but they make me feel security. And when i see the ayes of the slave, "wuau" they look real "i really love the eyes of this slave".

My imagen

Well I think that this imagen can show you the changes of the weather in the Eiffel Tower, is like the four seasons of the year. First you feel so good because the weather is like when you are in "spring" in that moment you are good, then when you start to going up, the weather chanche like the four seasons of the year. The top of the tower is the most coldest than the other parts of the Tower.
Other reason that I do this imagen is because the man that is there show me the impression that he feels bigger than everything that is around him. Is like the Tower that it is bigger than all the is around it.
I see this imagen with that impression, that is my descripcion, but you can see with other impression...

Eiffel Tower

It's very large, its structure tries to mitate a pyramid, but it stands in only 4 legs. It's got 4 stories, which grow smaller as you go up. At the very top there's a headling, which glows brightly, along with the entire tower, durin nights. It was originaly built for an exhibition.

Its totally made of metal, by Gustave Eiffel in the years: 1887-1889. It's located in the city of Paris, France. The height of the tower is 324 m.

I had the chance to be there a year ago, and i lived a wonderful experience. It was shocking to stand beside it and see the huge size of that construction it made me feel impotent for a secon. It's really impressive when you start going up, you feel something I can't describe, you feel the weather changing with every step and once you're in the top, even your toes freeze, but that doesnt stop you from enjoying a new experience.
